When drilling with a downhole motor, the drilling action creates reactive torque in the tubing string using The Torque Buster provides control while circulating by holding torque in the tubing. Double tieback arms for high torque applications.
The Torque Buster can travel securely with the tubing when drilling out your wellbore. This fully mechanical Circulating Head holds and releases the forces that are created in the wellbore while allowing fluid to be pumped thru the assembly to the tools on the BHA drilling assembly.
- Loaded tested to 75 ton (62daN)
- Available mandrels 2-7/8″ EUE and API Shouldered connections
- Dual Bearings for uni directional use
- 2” NPT connection for fluid conveyance
- Weldless body and arm construction
- Extending Tieback arms use a roller in the sandline clevis to reduce damage to the wirerope
- Manufactured from 4140
- This tool is manufactured without welding
